Individual Integrative research paper. A research paper showing an integrated understanding of sustainable development from the individual, organizational and network perspective as applied to IKEA (the company).

• Identify a research problem (framed theoretically)
• Provide brief background on the context. Focus on aspects that are relevant to your area of focus.
• Pick a focus from each of the modules.
a) Go in depth on a few areas (1-2 theoretical perspectives per module )
b) Explain the logic as to why you chose certain theories and did not include other theories.
• Use course literature from the module, and additional scholarly articles. (Peer reviewed)
