SWOT Analysis

Perform a detailed SWOT analysis of your real or fictitious company Vs. your main real competitor (these two items and or comparisons at a min). You can cover more than the two companies if you wish.

You will answer the explanations and perform the analysis for each item below in the attached MS Word document (page 6 with 3 questions on page 7) and summarize in the MS Excel template attached below.

What are the Strengths and why for each business (yours and your competitor(s)?
What are the Weaknesses and why for each business (yours and your competitor(s)?
What are the Opportunities and why for each business (yours and your competitor(s)?
What are the Threats and why for each business (yours and your competitor(s)?
Explain why each of these is a strength, a weakness, an opportunity, or a threat. Support your conclusions with relevant facts and arguments for both businesses! Use the information in the document to guide you through the process.

Submit the MS Word Document below! This is where all the detail is entered starting on page 6 with the SWOT (normally 4 pages), and Page 7 is where you will answer 3 questions!
