The report should address the following:

 Frame Leadership Analysis – a -frame perspective of the managerial and leadership characteristics, needs, and the skills required to meet the Deepwater challenge, drawing on specific examples of persons involved. Pay attention to the kind of leadership the situation needed, according to each frame.
