As I mentioned we’re living through an extraordinary moment in history that really highlights a lot of the themes:

apocalyptic disasters
systemic breakdown
personal journeys
psychological struggle
shifting or ambiguous moral norms
The other applicable area of interest are the various critical lenses we’ve discussed as well. Just as we all bring a different background and personal context to our understanding of a story, we’re all experiencing the effects of this pandemic in different ways and at different levels of intensity. Some of these overlap, obviously.
