Thinking on how to Motivators you have in your current employment

ansewer the question for discussion
This week we focus on promoting growth and development in an organization while also motivating employees and increasing morale. As you work through this module, think about motivators you have in your current employment. What, if anything, might motivate you more? What might cause you to change jobs? What might convince you to change jobs? How can you use your own work experiences to help motivate your own employees? How about co-workers? Have you heard about experiences that impacted them? What might you change if you could?
Your discussion this week asks you to think about your own career experiences and asks how you might use these experiences to motivate employees and encourage job satisfaction. Don’t forget to think about workplace culture and its impact on the work environment as well as on retention.
This week your initial discussion board posting is due by 11:59pm MT Thursday night, with at least two replies to other students by Sunday night at 11:59pm MT. You will also choose one of two options for this week’s critical thinking assignment. As you are completing the assignment, make sure to include all of the necessary components, as well as an adequate amount of critical thinking and analysis.
