Topic given pursuing justice

Please review the chapters on individual and organizational approaches to justice that are found in Pursuing Justice( Pursuing Justice, Second Edition: Traditional and Contemporary Issues in Our Communities and the World 2nd Edition by Ralph Weisheit and Frank Morn) and familiarize yourselves with different strategies for social change. After you feel comfortable with them, I would like you to select a group by searching on the Internet, using social media, asking friends or colleagues, or a group you are already involved with, that is actively working to change the world within a social justice context. Please select something that resonates with you, and that you have a deep interest in. Make sure you can discuss how this group is actually making systemic change, and not just doing CHARITY ( maintaining the status quo).
This must be a group/organization that is truly working to create a more just and equal society, and doing real activism! It cannot just be a non-profit organization, recreating the status quo. Please choose carefully and follow these directions.
Part I: After doing your research, I would then like you to assess
1/what methods are being used to achieve change and
2/ and how this is systemic change and not just charity- (maintaining the status quo).
Write a detailed post (1 page in length) in which you analyze the group.
