2.Japan is experiencing lacking an adequate elder care workplace. However they have been innovative in their approach to a rising adult population. For example, the University of Tokyo has been working to turn the city of Kashiwa into a community geared toward the needs of an aging population. This small city will have home care services available 24 hours a day, housing complexes that incorporate working places and other facilities designed with elder adults in mind. In a few sentences, would you support such an idea in the US and why? Do you think it would be feasible to follow such a project here?
