Find at least one published research paper that supports (or refutes) any of the points made or suggestions provided.

Then please discuss what you learned, what you agree with and what you disagree with, if anything. Feel free to discuss any thoughts, feelings, ideas from the podcast but make sure you are able to back up any claims you make and how they are related or associated with your research. Provide a correct APA citation for your research.
