The big three elements that impact guest experience are product, the behavior and attitude of the staff, and the environment. In this discussion, you will have the opportunity to describe how each of these elements impacted your experience as a guest in a food and beverage operation.

Instructions:
Share your experiences as a guest in various food and beverage operations. For each element (product, behavior and attitude of staff, and environment), describe an experience that was either negatively or positively impacted by that element.
